What affects the price

The final price for your chimney service depends on a few specific things we look at once we get started. How long it has been since your last cleaning is a big factor, as more buildup requires more intensive work to clear out safely. The height of your chimney, how easily we can access the roof, and the overall design of your fireplace system also play roles in the effort required. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

The cost to clean a chimney depends on the height of your home, the condition of the liner, and the amount of creosote accumulated inside the flue. Larger or multi-story homes typically require more equipment and time, which shifts the final bill. Other factors include the type of fireplace you own and how long it has been since the last professional maintenance visit. We evaluate your specific setup to provide exact pricing confirmed free on the call.
